When shooting with children of any age, there is always a very strict time constraint on how long they can be on set for, for good reason. This means there are breaks in the day when you take a breath between shots or locations.
If the shoot is of babies, toddlers and smaller children however, everything is important to document, as a representation of what it's like to be a parent of a young infant, at numerous instances throughout a normal day.
For that reason, the day can be extremely busy, because even if a baby is smiling, screaming, eating or pooing, absolutely everything is relevant, meaning we all work extremely hard. But the outcome of that is a huge amount of lovely moments, and lots of cooing from all involved!
