Travel, fitness, and adventure powerhouse, Sophie Everard, played host to a group of very willing women, during a health and well-being retreat in sunny Salcombe, south Devon.

The group was tasked with putting Australian swimwear brand, Seafolly's, new collection through its paces during a two day activity-a-thon. And believe me, it was shattering enough just being present, let alone taking part!!
